This site was created for and by the Hip Hop Community to entertain and inform the Hip Hop Community about the Incredible Properties of the Cannabis Hemp plant and to promote author/activist Jack Herer and his groundbreaking book, "THE EMPEROR WEARS NO CLOTHES "

We have joined together as one, to speak as one voice united, demanding an end to the immoral and unconstitutional prohibition against the worlds most useful natural resource, cannabis-hemp-marijuana.

Our community will no longer remain silent and we vow to use our growing sphere of influence to repeal anti-marijuana laws and gain amnesty for our brothers and sisters held prisoner in this
ungodly war against a God given herb.

We hold these anti-cannabis laws to be unjust and immoral.

We gather together in solidarity, committed to the following beliefs and principles.

The body of scientific evidence accumulated over 5,000 years clearly shows that cannabis
presents no great risk to individuals or society.

Cannabis has many valueable industrial and medical uses and should be encouraged to grow for industrial, medical, commercial and recreational use without government regulation.

It is not a dangerous substance like alcohol, heroin or tobacco and should not be treated as such.

Anti-marijuana hysteria is used as a tool of prejudice, racism and class warfare.

We utterly reject attempts by government and media to portray cannabis users as criminals and outcasts.

We point out that for all the billions of dollars spent, all the lives ruined by Draconian laws, and all the people arrested and incarcerated for cannabis use and possession, marijuana prohibition laws have failed.

These laws have not kept marijuana off the street, these laws have not kept marijuana out of schools. These laws cannot be enforced, and cannot even keep marijuana out of the jails and prison system.

We're going to smoke if we want to smoke. These laws can't stop us.

So we appeal to those who craft these laws to use scientific fact, logic, have compassion and desire for true justice.
We appeal to the masses, to become informed and use the power of our votes en masse to make peaceful positive change.

Making cannabis illegal and eradicating this plant from the face of the planet is no longer acceptable policy for our elected officials sworn to represent our best interests.

Jailing our people for possessing a plant is no longer acceptable. The enforcers and followers of these immoral laws will be to us as pariahs and war criminals.

Forbidding farmers to grow our food, fuel, fiber and fun with cannabis is illogical, and potentially devastating to our environment, economy and civil liberties.

Thanks to Jack Herer's work and his book "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" we know that widespread cannabis cultivation is a most critical aspect to the solution of restoring the ozone layer and reversing catastrophic weather changes caused by fossil fuels and
greenhouse gases.

Cannabis has long been associated with bringing diverse people and cultures together in peaceful harmony.

Music has long been held as the Universal language of humanity.

Let it be so now. We vow to put an end to cannabis hemp prohibition and to free our brothers and sisters unjustly imprisoned for possessing this plant.

The government and police have machines of deceit, guns, tazers and prisons.

We are armed with music, the truth and compassion for our fellow man and respect for the planet that we all must live together on. They have weapons of war, we have tools of peace.

They have long declared war on us, branding us as evil-doers, criminals and worse.

This is our Declaration of Intent to return fire in this "war" for the battle of heart, minds and souls of our fellow citizens.

We will no longer passively allow the war against marijuana to destroy our liberties and our environment.

We will be educated, and outspoken in the court of public opinion.
We Refuse to allow the TRUTH about Cannabis to be suppressed any longer, and we will excersize the full power of the Bill Of Rights and the U.S.Constitution to restore the liberties promised in those documents.

We will use our music to take the truth to the streets. We will teach the world what Jack Herer taught us about cannabis hemp. And the world will not stand for the lies any longer if they are given the facts.
We will end the surpession of the truth, and restore cannabis hemp to it's rightful place in modern society as the primary source for fuel, fiber, paper, cloth. food, medicine and spiritual enlightenment. In the light of truth these lies about this most vital natural resource will stand no longer.

The universal language of music will cross all cultural, racial and class barriers. The survival of humanity may indeed be at stake in this.
It is in the better interests of every human on the planet that Cannabis prohibition end immediately and that the healing be allowed to begin.
Those who are not with us are against thier own children.
